The base frequency should be 2133mhz, not 2933. This matches the maximum supported by IMC, so it should run smoothly without needing much adjustment or trial-and-error. I’ll definitely leave this to you.

It's dangerous to apply excessive voltages. If you follow what @ShrimpBrime suggested and try 2933, you can gradually increase to 3200.

I reside in an area where most people lack experience with BIOS setup or assembling a PC. There’s no one who understands how to handle BIOS updates or build a system from scratch. My old setup had an RX 580 on a very outdated machine, and they couldn’t resolve the problem. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. My motherboard was from 2011—it didn’t support any recent BIOS releases, and my GPU wouldn’t function properly with the existing motherboard. That’s why I rebuilt an entirely new PC, kept the same graphics card, and even swapped out the case.

The greatest stability comes from a standard configuration. Even if you can only reach around 2666mhz, it's better than 2133mhz. ____ Guidance - Turn on the XMP profile. Confirm the RAM operates at 1.35v. Typically enabling XMP/DOCP will handle this automatically. Then adjust the frequency to 2933mhz, placing it just below the XMP/DOCP setting. Since I don’t know the BIOS details, images would be useful. Clarify any uncertainties about the BIOS settings. This process is mostly trial and error. It might not be as exciting as you think. As @TofuHaroto noted, begin with a lower frequency. 2933mhz could be too high—we’ll find out by testing.

It can be frustrating for those just starting out with overclocking. We purchase RAM advertised at 3200mhz, but the rest of the parts struggle to keep up. That really gets under people's skin! lol

Both the CPU and motherboard support 3200MHz. You're right to check, especially with your Ryzen 5 2600 and B450M HDV.
