HAD: Asus Prime B560-Plus NOW: I have a separate sim racing configuration from my main setup. I rely on long extenders such as HDMI 15m, and my USB extender (5m) functioned with the previous motherboard but not with the new one. When connected to my racing wheel (g29) via USB Gen 3.1, it worked perfectly. Now that I'm using the Prime Z690-P D4 motherboard, the same setup fails. I've tested the same extender on the same wheel with my laptop, and it works fine. It seems the issue might be related to the BIOS settings. With identical cables and ports, the problem persists only with this particular extender. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Get chipset drivers from the motherboard website, use USB 2.0 ports, and check for any available BIOS updates. If nothing works, consider purchasing a different brand's USB extender.
