My PC issues: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Frikinhel/...iew=LgbsLk Windows 10 x64 Home 22H2 These memory management crashes have been recurring since the August Windows 10 Update. The first incident happened within a day, followed by another after a couple of days. I restored my system before the update but the problems persisted. It seems likely that Discord, an open browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox), Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail, Mabinogi (Steam/Nexon), and Paint were involved. On September 28th, Windows blocked my old account and I couldn’t return to it. A reset helped temporarily but new issues appeared. My system is up-to-date, yet several DLL files are corrupted—especially those for DirectX and Visual C++. Programs may run despite warnings or shut down before loading. I attempted reinstalling DirectX and the latest Visual C++ Redistributable, but sometimes the installer fails. A friend suggested steamwebhelper.exe might be the cause, and I ran DISM and SFC scans without success. I’m considering a clean Windows reset to fix the DLL problems, though I remain concerned about the memory management issues. Could it be related to insufficient RAM for my open applications? I wasn’t expecting a warning about low memory on Windows 10, so any advice would be valuable.

Usually the problem lies with the memory itself. I mostly encounter it when memory speeds exceed what the sticks and/or CPU controllers can handle, though timing issues or faulty memory modules can also be responsible. Try running MemTest86 to check for errors, and test each memory stick and channel separately to identify any defective units.

It shouldn<|pad|> to be a performance problem because my motherboard only supports 2666 even though I have 3000s RAM. I'll run MemTest86 and appreciate you bringing it up.

The problem was a failing SSD. It has been swapped in and the issues appear to be resolved now. @RONOTHAN## Appreciate your assistance.
