Hey there, just starting this journey and needing some guidance. I've had the worst boot experience ever—reinstalled eight times with various BIOS settings, but nothing worked without hardware. My system used to run fine when I first set up the new machine, but it got corrupted and wouldn't boot or fix itself. I'm really stuck and don't know what to do next. My setup is a Z390 Aorus Ultra I9-9900KF with 32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM on a Gigabyte 5700X.

I’d prefer not to have to reinstall Windows every time so I can focus more on fixing issues. Clearing the BIOS back to defaults still doesn’t solve everything. What else can you throw at me?

I identified it! It was a Bluetooth network card I put in. Likely there was a driver clash with the built-in one.
