I ran sudo apt update successfully, but after a full-upgrade with sudo apt, I encountered some issues. I've noticed a few changes but haven't seen anything related to NVIDIA yet. Please let me know if this repeats something I missed, and I'll gladly assist further.

Indicates the DKMS modules don't match the kernel version you're running. You may need to lower your kernel from xanmod-edge. You can also check the logs at '/var/lib/dkms/system76/1.0.12~1622747152~20.10~63cf134/build/make.log' and '/var/lib/dkms/nvidia/470.57.02/build/make.log' to identify the issue.

This message indicates that the installation process encountered an issue where the package installation failed, specifically mentioning the "nvidia-dkms-470" package. The error occurred during the post-installation script execution via a subprocess.

You didn't set up the NVIDIA edition of Pop!OS, as you're using the AMD version instead.

It seems you're checking for alternative Linux distributions beyond the standard Pop!OS. I'll list the available kernels using the command you mentioned.

If DKMS is enabled, clang/llvm and gcc are recommended for installing drivers. If you're comfortable with it, explore the official guides on DKMS setup and using clang/llvm with NVIDIA drivers. For those using dynamic builds or preferring simpler setups, sticking to a standard GCC kernel is often easier. Consider checking the relevant issues and documentation for best practices.
