Hey, your laptop seems to have some issues after updating Windows 10. It appears the new version is causing display problems—lines are appearing when you power off and turn it back on, and they persist even after entering the password. This could be a bug or a compatibility issue. Have you checked if the update was applied correctly or if there’s a conflict with other software?

Consider reinstalling the graphics driver to see if it resolves the issue.

Experience discomfort in the lower back but attempt to restart again; the laptop remains faulty and should be returned as defective.
