Set up a brand new Windows 10 version on my old SATA SSD while still using my RX 6700XT. It’s been running for two hours and hasn’t experienced any lag or odd screen flashes. The issue seems to be with either the NVMe drive or Windows 11. Edit - lmao, no problem, it’s not one of those.

I increased the visibility of this post so anyone facing the same issue can easily follow the solution: I assumed my RX 6700XT was faulty until I realized a Multiplane Overlay could trigger flickering and freezing in browsers for users with both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs. After switching back, updating drivers, turning off MPO, and using the provided fix, I didn’t see any glitches after about 12 hours of use. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/...sktop-apps If you notice screen flickering or system freezes, just run mpo_disable.reg to resolve the problem.
