Hello everyone, I'm facing an unusual issue that hasn't occurred before and has been really frustrating over the past few days. I recently set up a new PC with the 9800X3D graphics card, 64GB DDR5 RAM at 6000MHz CL30 speed, and the Gigabyte 5090 motherboard. I'm running Windows 11, and everything seems to be working fine—performance is solid. However, the problem arises when connecting my PC to a setup with two monitors and a TV. The primary monitor is set up with a 240Hz GSYNC display to DP1, the second monitor uses a GSYNC at 120Hz for DP2, and my LG TV is connected via HDMI at 4K at 60Hz. I'm using the official NVIDIA driver 576.28, which is the only one that works reliably for the 5090 and newer models tend to have many bugs. When I play videos in VLC, Media Player, or similar apps, everything runs smoothly on the gaming monitors. But when I drag content to my LG TV, it feels like the frame rate drops to around 10 FPS—sluggish and strange. I've also tried Netflix Desktop, Stremio, and Chrome, but the issue persists. The surprising part is that playing YouTube videos in Chrome works perfectly at 60 FPS, while the same thing causes a noticeable lag on the TV. I'm seeking advice on what might be causing this inconsistency. Thank you all for your help!

The TV should be set to the correct display mode, such as standard definition or high definition, depending on your preferences.

In the given setup, the refresh rates are configured in the control panel. Since it's a 4K 60Hz TV, it stays at 60Hz and doesn't exceed that. This configuration functioned well on my old PC, but now the video stutters on the new TV. What could be causing this?

I've made some advancements, though the technical details remain unclear. I discovered a solution by adjusting the refresh rate on the third display of my LG TV. By scrolling up to a higher refresh rate, the resolution changed from 4K to full HD smoothly. Once I moved the VLC, Mediaplayer, Stremio, or Netflix window to that TV, everything worked seamlessly. It seems there might be an unusual interaction between the signal, color range, and frame timing when using 60Hz at 4K with this setup and the new GPU/drivers. Any thoughts?
