Hello! I'm facing an issue with Windows 10 Home on my Acer V3-372. After turning it on, installing Chrome and some office apps, I got stuck and can't shut down or restart. It seems to be working fine otherwise, but this is really annoying. I think the recent updates might have caused the problem, though I still used system recovery and it didn’t fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated from fellow users!
