Encountered issue with GeForce Experience, error code 0x0001 indicating failure to resolve.
Hello, everyone. I've been using this program for a long time without any big problems. After upgrading to Windows 11, I didn't encounter any issues either. However, I had to reinstall Windows because I misplaced the installation path for my apps, which caused the problem. The error messages sometimes read 0x0001 or 0x0003. I searched online but found nothing that helped. A few months ago, someone mentioned it might depend on a fresh install. If you think changing the software path to another drive instead of the system one could help, I'd appreciate any advice from GeForce Experience support. Thanks. P.S.: Sorry the attached image is in Spanish, but it says "Something went wrong. Try rebooting your PC and the launch GeForce Experience."
Users of NVIDIA GeForce Experience sometimes encounter error code 0x0001. This may result from outdated or faulty drivers, or issues with Windows Services not functioning properly. More details are available at the provided link. Error Code: 0x0003 – GeForce Experience error 0x0003 can stem from various factors such as a corrupted Nvidia driver, inactive Nvidia services, network adapter problems, or GPU driver compatibility with the latest Windows updates.
Thank you for your reply. I've tried everything, even using DDU, but nothing helped. It's really frustrating since the only option that comes to mind is a clean install, which would be a big effort for someone with so much data from clients. I have a physical backup, but it's still a hassle. Hopefully, NVIDIA customer support can be more accessible. Appreciate your time and help.
