Hello everyone! I received a link for a project management platform (similar to Oracle or Microsoft Power BI), but when trying to open it I encountered the error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue or how to resolve it, especially since my location is different from theirs. Their IT team can’t help because they’re using a new system they recently moved to. I’ve tried all the suggestions from Chat GPT and Google Gemini, as well as using different devices, networks, browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera GX), changing DNS providers (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, Google 8.8.8.8), but nothing worked. Please let me know if you can assist. Thank you!

Given this environment, it’s important to connect via the company-provided VPN. The issue of NXDOMAIN suggests your device can’t link a hostname to an IP address, likely because you need to join the work network to access their DNS server for resolving domains.
