I had my own curve active but it was turned off; however, during the bench it hit 90°C and there were no issues previously.

When you notice a horizontal line (like at 40 degrees), it indicates your GPU fan can't move past that point, such as 25 degrees. Avoid looking at benches; focus on games. This detail matters.

It runs smoothly without the GPU, but the CPU stays light thanks to reduced settings. I plan to run separate tests for CPU and GPU-heavy tasks, which is unusual since I usually mine and it doesn’t freeze.

Make sure your GPU is clean and adjust the curve, then we'll proceed.

I don’t have the right tools to clean it at the moment. I set my curve and ran Unigine, lasting 8 minutes without any crashes. GPU was at 100%, CPU around 30%, RAM about 5GB. It seems the issue might be with the CPU or RAM.

EDIT: About 5 minutes in it didn’t crash using Mafia (I lowered the max temperature slightly; before that, frequency dropped to 1252MHz, while Unigine showed mostly 1151 with a max of 1215).

EDIT 2: With Mafia III and default fan curve, it didn’t crash either. I’ll let you know what I found! Thanks a lot for your help.
