Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue with my PC... It freezes unexpectedly and often requires shutting it down. Frequently it takes at least two restarts to see the MoBo logo or I have to turn off the power supply and press the power button to release charge. Important details: I've tracked CPU and GPU temperatures—first time: CPU 63°C, GPU 81°C; second time: CPU 63°C, GPU 79°C. Memory tests via Windows Diagnostic show no issues. I've tried increasing the page file, but crashes mainly occur during games (currently just playing GTA V). After freezing, the game restarts after about two minutes. This has been happening since 2015—sometimes over ten times a day, other times it stops for months. I'm using a W10 installation since then and started with my Kingston V300 SSD. Any advice?

Run CrystalDiskMark to assess drive health and capture the output. Share the generated screenshot with me.

There appears to be a problem with your motherboard (60%) or GPU (30%). Identifying the cause is challenging without extensive testing and replacement parts. This isn't a Windows-related issue because the computer won't power on at all after freezing, requiring multiple attempts to restart.

The system starts up successfully, yet the AsRock branding isn’t visible. This problem seems to have occurred near the time I installed the SSD, which aligns with my experience—just a few weeks after setting up the GPU, possibly due to the GPU and not the SSD being the cause.

Interesting. Disable FastBoot in Windows so the system boots fully each time, yet sometimes you notice the logo appears briefly followed by a blank screen.

Yeah, to avoid misunderstanding, the blank screen no logo thing only happens after crashes like these, otherwise I always boot normally with the logo in all other cases. Also I will turn off fastboot Here are CrystalDiskInfo's results for the C drive http://prntscr.com/kr7ivl

It seems unrelated at first, but it might be connected to the issues you're experiencing.

One of the most common descriptions in BIOS updates is "improves system stability / compatibility". That's why I'm asking for. And in case of Asrock hardware - it's really important. They made lot of BIOS updates.
