Hey everyone, I'm bringing this up because my issue starts with the game title. I get the coalition logo without any issues, but then the screen flashes and changes size, followed by a freeze. After trying to restart both the game and my computer, nothing seems to fix it. I have the newest NVIDIA drivers and Windows updates installed, so I'm not sure what's wrong. Right now, I'm using a Lenovo Y700 with an Intel i7 6700HQ, 8GB DDR4 RAM, GTX 960 graphics, and 4GB of memory. Here’s a specific image for clarity:

Proceed with the update first. If issues persist, attempt to reinstall the game.

Currently I'm reinstalling the game and I'm hoping it functions properly this time. I haven't encountered anyone with this issue before, and I believe the hardware might be the cause. A friend runs the game on a Pentium and a GT740.

I am having this issue currently. It makes it to that loading screen and then freezes. @belfouf are you serious about leaving it up for 48 hours? I wish there was a solution for this.

No problem at all, just kidding. Thanks for understanding. Did you purchase the DVD or the digital version? These issues often occur due to a damaged installation file.

I purchased the digital edition for Xbox One, which provides the image format. It seems I might need to re-download it later? Yikes, 73 gigabytes left.
