I'll give it a shot. The main reason I didn't before was similar errors across all the modpacks I used, but maybe it's something else that's causing the problem.

It might be due to a compatibility issue among the modpacks you're using. The error details mention Fabric, a launcher for newer Minecraft versions, which seems to have problems on Linux. It's possible the launcher isn't stable on Unix systems, or another mod like TreeCapitator could be broken and appear in all the packs you've tried.

I found it odd that you managed to run Minecraft 1.17.1 with MultiMC, given Microsoft's recent changes that demanded specific Java versions and restricted mods for certain releases. You might want to verify the RAM allocated for the Java environment, as the 1.16.1 version needed about 8 gigabytes to function well. Many players stopped playing due to the forced switch from a Minecraft account to a Microsoft one, along with other complications.

Additionally, consider the challenges you faced:
- Your daughter can no longer access her account after changing email accounts.
- Login issues appeared across all accounts, with intermittent failures and a sudden loss of access.
- Forge and mods were removed.
- Windows 10 setup now requires using older installers to download updates, highlighting unstable internet connections.
- Local LAN and multiplayer games became unavailable until you adjusted your Microsoft account settings.

We eventually gave up on this project, especially since we managed five accounts—four for kids and one for parents. Overall, I’m not very impressed.
