There is a significant delay before most websites load, and it can take a long time. Sometimes Intel, MSI, etc. sites don't open at all, showing an error message, and then they might not finish loading properly, requiring a refresh to see the full content. For instance, when searching for "msi" on Google, the loading indicator stays active for a while after the page loads. The internet speed seems insufficient based on the test results. Both Brave and Edge experience this issue. The problem appears intermittently and then resolves itself. What causes this, and how can it be fixed? Thank you.
