I power on my computer and see scanning and repairing disk C: 1% complete. It’s been that way for three hours, so I assumed it was stuck. I forced a shutdown to restart. After normal boot or trying Windows Recovery, I get a black screen with no cursor. When I try USB boot, it shows a blue screen with the cursor still stuck. Am I missing something? T_T
