It's confirmed the release is just now. I cleaned my SSD three hours prior to lunch. I noticed a folder named $windows - BT, didn't realize it was Windows 10. When I tried to delete it, it refused. Now I see the folder and it contains 140MB. For everyone I know this size is typical for a few gigabytes. I waited an hour but only found 140MB. I ran the command wuauclt.exe /updatenow, which opened a window suggesting an upgrade to Windows 10. I proceeded to the next step and accessed the link provided.

You need to wait until it automatically re-downloads. Run Windows Update or open Command Prompt as admin and type "wuauclt.exe /updatenow" to start the process.
