I'm facing a major issue with my PC and need some guidance. Here are the details of my setup: Motherboard model ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4-3600, GPU AMD Radeon RX 7600, power supply 650W quiet. The system won't start and the BIOS isn't reachable—both CPU and RAM LEDs flash red during startup. We've confirmed the RAM and GPU are working fine, tried different RAM, checked for bent pins, and everything seems properly seated. It's frustrating and I'm not sure what to do next. Anyone have encountered similar problems or suggestions? Your help would be really appreciated! Thanks.
