The spec clearly states DRAM frequency DDR4 - 3200. You don't have to turn on XMP for these RAM sticks—they start at 3200 MHz right out of the box (my 9900k system also did it). You can verify this in Windows by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc, selecting Performance, then Memory. If it shows 3200 MHz, they're definitely running at that speed. Mine reports 5600 MHz because of DDR5. Hope this clarifies!

It indicates these sticks were tested using CL22, even though I'm confident they should be CL16.

Which USB storage device are you employing? Many systems prefer smaller capacities and avoid high-speed USB 3.0 drives.

The system is checking the drive type, it could be a 3.0 or a 2.0.
