Yeah, It’s in the motherbord not the panel I moved some files into it to check if it was working beforehand, this is my bios screen:

I saved the ISO straight from Windows, just followed the default options in Rufus and pointed it to use the ISO file. I haven’t tested booting it on another computer yet; I’m planning to do that now.

It depends on the specific model; some AM3+ boards can boot from USB as well.

You can start from a USB drive. Bring your hard drive to another computer, set up Windows there, and then reinstall the drive into this one if needed.

Other systems likely have outdated motherboards. Try turning on/off legacy or USB compatibility settings in the BIOS. If that doesn’t work, use a CD drive and burn Windows to a disk.
