I'm having trouble setting up Windows and unsure which device to use. It seems like I've tried everything, but the computer keeps restarting after booting from one of these drives. The USB drive I'm using has Windows 10 installed via Rufus, but the tool kept giving me errors every time.

Remove the USB and observe which boot choice disappears from the available options. This will help identify the correct one.

Use the official Windows Media Creation Tool. If your USB drive isn’t working, consider using a bigger or alternative drive since there seems to be an issue.

I’ve tested it with various flash drives, but it still returns two distinct error codes. The solutions that helped others might not apply to me.

Check how it connects—motherboard or front panel? If not, use the official tool. Rufus works, but the official version is preferable.

Check the BIOS for boot options. Look for flash drive support there.

Have you considered trying another computer or a different USB connection? Make sure you're applying the tool accurately.
