It's still a bit outdated, but I've made some improvements. Just two gigabytes of RAM, and I think it includes a Pentium D processor.

you could consider adding the 32-bit edition, since our older netbook only has 1gb of memory, a 64-bit system would fully utilize the RAM even when idle, let alone while Chrome is active

Windows 8.1 core 64-bit isn't compatible with Pentium D. Choose Windows 8.1 core 32-bit instead.
