Hello, I tried using a Win10 installation USB stick to format my hard drive and added an SSD. When I opened the screen in the photo, I clicked Delete on both drives. During the Windows installation process, I encountered the error "Windows can't be installed on drive 2 partition 1." After clicking it, I received this message.

Review your system settings and adjust the boot order to prioritize the desired drive. Test it now.

Adjust the SATA link arrangement and place your SSD earlier in the list compared to the HDD: Sata_1/Sata_2

You're unsure about the steps... Your ASUS M5M97 motherboard is in the BIOS-Advanced Mode-Boot menu.

Disconnect all other devices except the SSD. Power down the computer, then use the bootable USB to install Windows onto the SSD.

Have you attempted a different layout for the SSD? This issue occurred with my personal laptop, so I ended up wiping and reformatting it, then restarting. It worked after the restart. It might relate to secure boot, BIOS settings, or UEFI—depending on your setup.

I've attempted formatting and simply deleting it, but nothing changed.

I don't have a physical motherboard, but I can help you identify one if you tell me your system requirements or the type of components you're using.
