No one widely uses V-Sync in FC4. Many players test it personally, but results vary. Some find it reduces stutter, others don’t notice much difference. It’s a personal preference.

I don’t tolerate that. The shifting frames cause me motion sickness. For the game to run smoothly, it needs around 50-60 frames per second and 90% at 60fps. If it doesn’t, I have to switch to double buffered vsync. But without it, it’s even more difficult—I couldn’t play for a single minute.
