I've noticed similar patterns with Control in Windows 11, especially when Auto HDR is active. It seems like the issue might be random and unrelated to any specific cause. Have others experienced anything comparable? Yes, I understand that seeing a few people on this forum using Windows 11 Insider Preview with Auto HDR and Control might not be common, so it's good to get some outside validation before reporting it to Microsoft. From what I can tell, there hasn't been any noticeable performance difference between Windows 10 and Windows 11 from my perspective. If there are any minor frame or performance differences, they haven't been significant. I also tried launching RDR2 after upgrading to Windows 11, but it didn't work properly. All the problems I faced were likely already known issues, possibly related to a poor installation or setup experience. Most games have run smoothly on Windows 11 compared to Windows 10, except for this Auto HDR Control behavior. Thanks!

Submit the feedback through Microsoft’s Feedback hub, regardless of who reported the problem. Windows 11 hasn’t been officially launched—it remains in development. Any unreleased issues or concerns should be posted under the Windows 11 Insider program thread.
