I searched for reliable emulators for Game Boy, N64, Xbox360 and PS3. Most options are safe and don’t install malware. Popular choices include RetroArch, N64D, and MAME. Always download from trusted sources to avoid risks.
For Game Boy I'd consider VisualBoyAdvance or NO$GBA. These act as GBA emulators but also support GB and GBC ROMs properly. Regarding N64, I wouldn't bother at all. Emulation has always been problematic, with frequent glitches, missing features, and broken ROMs. The only N64 emulator I've used is Project 64, which still falls short. For Xbox360, PS3, Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube, the chances are slim. These platforms are heavily restricted, making reliable emulation nearly impossible. If you're concerned about security, run a malware scan before downloading any files.
