I think there is one working ps3 emulator, but it's incredibly slow and only works with one or two light games.

They're using a DS model instead of a 3DS. The 360 and PS3 aren't quite working well enough, but progress is being made. Check out the site for more info: http://www.emulator-zone.com/

There is a 3ds emulator. Its called citra. Check out some footage on YouTube. It can start up a lot of games and some are even playable.
