I'm using a Legion 5 Pro 2022 edition that I began with emulators. Recently, the screen keeps blinking when I run Citra Emu and Dolphin using the NVIDIA graphics. It's happening now and I'm not sure what's causing it.

No, I haven't checked that yet. Have you tried updating the graphics card drivers?
