Yes, it should work. A quad-core Ryzen 5 2400G is capable enough for most tasks. Just make sure your system has enough RAM and storage to handle the workload.

Ah okay. If you were going to get a dedicated video card I would have suggested the Ryzen 3 3100. The 2400G would probably work alright for emulating at up to 1080p or so. I'll look up some 2400G tests online.
