Emulators exist for a long time. You probably won't be able to recreate newer titles or consoles well, since they're still in their early stages and not very refined—completely. Some high-end systems cost thousands of dollars but only manage around 30 frames per second in Breath of the Wild on CEMU. The PlayStation 3 emulator you mention is PCSX3, which also includes a PS2 version called PCSX2. They generally function, though they often require significant hardware power and can still show odd issues.

The Breath of the Wild update has improved performance significantly, especially on a GTX 980M. Players are using cheat engines to reduce lag.

The connection is highly improbable that Breath of the Wild received an update enhancing CEMU's speed... likely CEMU itself was updated. Regarding Cheat Engine, it cannot instantly resolve lag issues. The main limitation in emulation comes from CPU performance.

Cemu operates on MK8 using 1080p details and HD shadows at 60 frames per second, with controller input functioning properly.

We haven’t confirmed that emulation is generally off-limits since it often involves accessing pirated content.

To the best of my knowledge, unless you mention how or where to get the software (like ROMs or BIOS), it should be fine to focus solely on the application itself. If there are concerns about violating rules, it might be worth discussing why the team keeps making videos—Hackintosh was the last major effort, and this could be a follow-up based on the arcade cabinet.
