I don't know any specific emulators, but there are several popular options like XBMC, RetroArch, and GameBoy Advance for those consoles.

There aren't any official Xbox One or 360 emulators available, though I think an original Xbox emulator exists. It seems to only work with one or two titles, which isn't very impressive.

few Xbox emulators remain available with minimal features, most are outdated. The XB360 emulator is being developed but isn’t ready for use today, even if functional.

xb ones...one is enjoying Halo 1...others are playing obscure games, essentially just testing the waters. xb360, you’ll have a good chance of getting 5fps—something basic compared to an old arcade title. Finding them has been tough; they’re outdated and not practical to play anymore. I don’t recall the exact places, but it should be easy to search online.

I don’t have direct references, but the Xeon Cxbx and Dxbx models are likely newer releases. Since they’re still emerging, their official names might not be widely established yet.
