You might consider taking it apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together again. By this stage, it seems like the best option is to give it a fresh start—maybe just a thorough cleaning will help it function properly once more.

didn't work initially, but I chose to re-examine it. I noticed areas that seem to lack capacitors—possibly because they were omitted the first time and I didn’t see them. I marked those spots where caps might be needed. I’m sure there are places to buy or solder capacitors, so if anyone knows where to find them, please let me know.

Sometimes there are spots left like that for higher end models that use the same board, unless there is residue of a previous apparent capacitor I would say that looks normal

Do you have the latest Windows version installed? I’ve seen cases where an older computer couldn’t run with a GTX 1060 after updating Windows. Once it worked again, I found some forum discussions supporting this idea. But it seems like the GPU might be faulty. Most advice is to test it on someone else’s system that’s still working.

No response after installation indicates PCI device setup issues. The card may be faulty.

Probably the GPU is the issue. It’s more likely to be a dead GPU. Could we get another GPU for testing or try it on someone else's PC?

Likely dead GPU due to integrated graphics usage since purchasing the PC, with no PCIe slot activity observed.
