didn't work initially, but I chose to re-examine it. I noticed areas that seem to lack capacitors—possibly because they were omitted the first time and I didn’t see them. I marked those spots where caps might be needed. I’m sure there are places to buy or solder capacitors, so if anyone knows where to find them, please let me know.
Do you have the latest Windows version installed? I’ve seen cases where an older computer couldn’t run with a GTX 1060 after updating Windows. Once it worked again, I found some forum discussions supporting this idea. But it seems like the GPU might be faulty. Most advice is to test it on someone else’s system that’s still working.
No response after installation indicates PCI device setup issues. The card may be faulty.
