It's a 65W TDP component, yet it can handle up to 120W. TDP isn't a significant factor. AMD's method for determining TDP doesn't factor in power usage.

The power supply is restricted to amp readings. The CPU should reach approximately 90 amps during maximum load. Any motherboard should suffice.
