Hi, I have a problem with any gmail addresses not being able to send mail to [email protected]. I've checked with my service provider / host, they say zero gmails are coming to our domain according to their logs, but gmails ARE being delivered to other domains that they host. So the problem doesn't seem to be on their side. What could stop gmails being delivered to a specific domain? I know this is mostly a hardware based forum but thought I'd try my luck, just in case... Thanks.

Verify if your domain appears on any blacklists. For instance: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx Your domain should have correct DMARC/DKIM entries. Alternatively, set up a Google account and send an email from your Gmail address to your business email—check if it fails and review the reason from Google.

Reviewed on mxtoolbox, no blacklisting detected. Likely valid records exist since other hosted addresses receive emails without issues. Tested with various Google accounts—still no results. No bounceback messages appear. Possible cause: a Google Workspace account created using a company email address.

Creating an account isn't necessary, yet you can leverage Google to manage your business email domain. If Google handles the domain due to Workspace settings, it may clarify why mail isn't forwarded and instead be accepted.

You can verify your domain registration status within a workspace by checking the associated account details or using the workspace's management tools.
