It took me 4 minutes to complete the task. The server maintenance might have been the cause, but that’s unlikely.

It's okay for me, but anti-aliasing isn't functioning properly and I'm struggling to get any million credit ships. I only earned 30 hours in Elite.

I own 200 lol and possibly more, though Raptr wasn’t active. Have you considered switching the anti-aliasing setting? Also, what do you mean you can’t afford million-dollar ships?
