Hello, I recently purchased a motherboard - P310 D3 Rev.1. When assembling the system and powering it on, the screen turned black and after about 10 to 15 seconds it began to reset repeatedly. My specs are: GIGABYTE Global, mainboard - i3 9100F, 8GB Kingston 2400RPS, 500W PSU. I've replaced the RAM, GPU, and PSU, but nothing seems to work. The issue persists. I'm unsure what's wrong or how to fix it. Someone suggested looking for an 8th Intel CPU and updating the BIOS from F1 to F3. Is that correct? Because the mainboard supports the 9th generation CPU from its initial release? Thank you for your help.

The board doesn't need a BIOS update to upload the CPU. Is there a small diagnostic speaker connected?

I checked other RAM, GPU, PSU, and I also reset the BIOS with CMOS, but it didn’t work. I’m not sure if the CPU or main issue exists, but I think the BIOS has a problem because the system doesn’t boot and the screen is black. Many people say you need to update the BIOS.

The CPU is compatible with the first release of the F1 BIOS. No BIOS update is required at this time. However, you can still attempt an update. If you add a speaker and receive no beep, consider returning the motherboard or contacting the warranty department.
