Start in safe mode then scan with your antivirus and malwarebytes.

I switched to safe mode and added Malwarebytes, which many have suggested. I’ve started a scan and it’s found around 18 threats so far—6 of them are vosteran and 12 are Super Optimizer. Progress is about 7% complete. Thanks!
