I increased my Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.75 GHz and kept the voltage set to auto. I haven’t noticed it exceeding 1.25 volts. Is it safe to maintain the auto setting?

As long as your board's VRM temperature, CPU temperature, and system stability are normal, it's fine.

When voltage remains low, auto voltage poses no concern. The main concern typically arises when it becomes excessively high.
