Is there a virus or a video clip? Just don’t download anything. Anyway, turn it off. Unplug it. If it’s sparking, leave it off.

Connect your computer to a grounded outlet and verify that all power strips and cables have a grounding wire (or earthing). It's typical for a power source to emit a minimal AC voltage, which is intentionally done to lower EMI (electromagnetic interference) that might disrupt AM/FM radios, walkie talkies, and other devices. The system depends on proper grounding to safely release the small AC current through the power cable.
