It seems you're looking for a 8700k to meet 60 fps requirements, even though newer systems have lower suggestions.

The suggested specifications are usually broad. We'll find out once the game is released, and because it seems to rely on an updated version of the same engine as Dark Souls III, I don't think it requires an extremely powerful CPU for a good playthrough.
