I'll wait 24 hours but still wondering how I got hacked. Protection features aren't working (my password was very secure).

Its really low chance that you were hacked. You probably forgot your pass or typed it wrong.

I was planning to mention the same thing, but I’ve used it for several years without issues. However, Origin often told me my password was wrong multiple times, logging me out repeatedly because the password got corrupted in their system. Even after changing it, problems persisted. This usually happens when the password data in their database becomes damaged, preventing verification even though it’s correct.

Currently I stick to: Ubisoft, unless it's free. Otherwise, skip it.
