EFI Shell Release 2.31 [4.655] encountered an issue.
I got the idea by analyzing patterns and connections in the information available.
because i gave up and tried the last choice which is reinstalling windows, but sadly none of my drives are being recognized so i recalled that when i switched my power supply (corsair to evga), i replaced all the cables except the sata cable, so i swapped the "old corsair sata cable" with the "new evga sata cable" (the ones that come with the power supply) and it fixed it. sorry for my english, i'm really working on improving it.
Oh thats great...now i know what to recommend to people when they have this problem ..
