Check the FIVR and TPL screenshots from your post. Enable the Log File feature before beginning a game. Link a log file to your upcoming post. The mobile H series aren’t built for continuous high performance. EDP current or power restrictions become typical over time. Which laptop model do you own?

Consider testing msinfo32 to check Virtualization Based Security details. Some FIVR entries, such as IccMax, may display inaccurate results if ThrottleStop was previously active when VBS was enabled. When VBS is on, try turning it off. Begin by disabling Windows core isolation memory integrity, then reboot and run msinfo32 again to verify the change.

For Windows 11, disable VBS via https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-disable-vbs. After disabling it, exit ThrottleStop, remove the ThrottleStop.INI file, and restart. Share an updated FIVR screenshot.

With H-series CPUs, ThrottleStop cannot raise IccMax limits. If the BIOS conservatively sets these values, you may encounter early EDP throttling in ThrottleStop’s Limit Reasons. Inspect the BIOS for adjustable IccMax or current limits. Also, set Power Limit 4 to its maximum value of 1023, as this is the primary current constraint that can trigger EDP throttling. Examine the MMIO Lock box near the top right of the TPL window; this is unlikely to resolve the issue but may offer limited guidance.
