Great design, but your flying skills are still lacking. No computer available or time for practice. (Also, I’m looking for a flight controller.)

I'm here. (Of course I am.) My current ships in the hangar are Gladius Vanguard equipped with both hot-swap modules, Carrack Hull C, and HST Cutlass Black 350R. I've managed to get my gaming PC in good shape, so I should be flying more often now. I haven't touched SC in a while.

The call for participants is still open until every spot is taken. If you're prepared before then, it's a good time to join. Don't stress about your flight training—everyone will go through basic instruction first. Once we have the Baby PU and multi crew cleared, we'll move on to tackling the more advanced tasks with the rest of the squadrons.

I'm starting to realize we might end up with more wings than necessary... I'm ready to join the crew on this challenge. The ship we have now is a cutlass, but I've got enough recoil to handle most tasks. After that, I can upgrade another vessel to whatever I want. Otherwise, I could boost my stats by one for any of the multi-crew choices. The main issue with combat is that I haven't adjusted my stick sensitivity settings, making fixed-target aiming tricky. Plus, I'm not familiar with weapon range or how accuracy changes with distance.

Welcome to the team. Don’t stress over sensitivity curves; we’ll resolve all controller issues first. Meanwhile, this thread offers a lot of details on advanced control mappings: https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.co...mapping/p1 Here’s the curve I use, but you might want to adjust it later: <options type="joystick" instance="1"> <master> <nonlinearity_curve> <point in="0.05" out="0.001"/> <point in="0.1" out="0.003"/> <point in="0.2" out="0.02"/> <point in="0.3" out="0.05"/> <point in="0.4" out="0.1"/> <point in="0.5" out="0.25"/> <point in="0.6" out="0.45"/> <point in="0.7" out="0.59"/> <point in="0.8" out="0.7"/> <point in="0.9" out="0.84"/> <point in="1.0" out="1.0"/> </nonlinearity_curve></master>
