I have a Tuf Gaming GPU and whenever I power on my PC it stays in a random static color. When I launch ICEU it only recognizes the keyboard, not the GPU. Even after restarting the PC multiple times, ICEU still can't detect it. Notably, putting the PC to sleep, waking it up, and opening ICEU each time it detects the GPU. Is there a reason for this behavior?
