I recently purchased an Eaton 3s 550 from Amazon for my PC. The issue I’m facing is that there are two rails (sides) where to connect the gear: 1) power surge protection, 2) power surge protection and battery backup. Since this is my first time using these products, I followed the installation guide carefully. The problem is that when I plug the power cord from my PC and monitor into the battery-backed-up side, there seems to be no power at all. Currently, everything is only connected to the power surge protection. I searched YouTube and Google but didn’t find a clear solution... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She's correct; the output is just 330 watts. You'll need a minimum of 800 watts for this configuration.
