EasyUS Partition Master can't change MBR to GPT?
Well, there is a problem here. There is already another Windows installed on disk 0, specifically in the D+ partition. I want to keep that one. It seems the only way forward is to let it go so we can create a proper bootloader partition. What if someone messes up and creates an unallocated space on the left side of the D part using some partition tool? Or deletes recovery files from it? If the D+ partition is actually meant for Windows, then running bcdboot could put new files there. But none of that makes sense in a GPT environment where you can only have one OS at a time. You can't really fit another Windows into the same partition, just like how you can't have two different operating systems running on top of each other in a disk structure designed for one boss only.
So, take a copy of disk D and move it onto a different drive. Make sure to delete it from Drive 0 first. For the copy, you could even use that free MiniTool Partition Wizard program to make a full clone without any hassle.
As you suggested, I'll be deleting both partitions and do the bcdbootloader command thing. That is the only way.
