You've been working through several steps to identify the issue, but it seems a component might be faulty. The sequence included updating the armory crate, cleaning the case panel, and checking monitors for quick Discord clicks. The mouse stopped responding after attempts to restart, reset CMOS, and repositioning the mouse. Power cycling didn't help, and the CPU reported a code on the motherboard. You've inspected plugs, reseated everything, performed multiple CMOS resets, and checked the PSU, GPU, and motherboard for damage. At this stage, you're considering sourcing a replacement CPU, possibly a PSU, or even looking into the motherboard. It’s likely the CPU is the main suspect, though the PSU and motherboard warranties may apply. Focus on isolating the CPU first, then move to power supply and motherboard diagnostics.

Verified the CPU connections and inspected the AIO installation. Taking off the back panel during operation wasn't advisable.

He was bought mainly because it had a solid rating and fit well in the market during peak 2020 component shortages. The purchase was also practical due to its design at that time. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/thermaltake...Id=6339087 No harm to the CPU pins, and the AIO was securely placed. The thermal paste coverage was excellent too.

You mentioned you accessed the back panel, possibly damaging a cable or shorting it. Are you just disposing of it? Have you cleaned your PC in the past? My previous setup accumulated dust, and after a two-week break, it only functioned again once minor dust was removed.

Yeah, that's one of the bad models. Low quality, group regulation and missing OCP and OTP. Replace it! What's the part number and version number?

I found some spider webs and cleaned them out about two months ago. They weren’t too dirty, so I only opened them when necessary. I’m not sure how I could have caused a short, but I’ve unplugged and plugged everything back in. The ram is attached in the photo. I also inspected all the rails and confirmed the voltages are correct.

Ver 8.31 includes Nanya MIC. I haven't experienced it performing well with Ryzen, nor have I encountered this model on any AM4 motherboard QVL.
