I received an Asus TUF B650M motherboard and every time I power on my PC it launches BIOS, then I must click "Save and Exit" before it restarts and boots into Windows. It looks like changing any BIOS settings won’t let it boot normally. This is preventing me from boosting RAM speed in BIOS and I’m unsure why the system always fails to start correctly. Please assist me in understanding this issue.

Your storage system uses either a GPT partition table or an MBR as its primary file system structure.

You recently replaced your SSD with a new blank drive and installed Windows, which functioned properly. When you reinserted the old SSD, the system continued to behave as if it were using BIOS.

It could be a Windows or BIOS problem affecting the other drive.
